Prevent Automatic Update from Installing Internet Explorer 8

I already wrote about my miserable experience with Internet Explorer 8 crashing.

Fortunately, I’ve found a solution. Microsoft recognizes that some people want their computer to work and thus don’t want a browser that locks up, so they’ve release a tool to prevent Automatic Update from demanding to install Internet Explorer 8.

Run the IE8 Blocker tool today to protect your computer from the Microsoft virus (well, it’s not really a virus — but it is software they’ll force on your computer which will make it not work, and that’s close enough to a virus for me to not want it).
