The Tree Tried to Take Out My Car This Afternoon!
I am so lucky the tree missed! I’m guessing the branch fell 30+ feet and would have been very destructive if it hit. This is where it landed – it just missed the front bumper of my car.
The branch is longer than my MR2!
I leave the headlights up all the time — in the winter I don’t want them to freeze while down, and in the summer the tree is always dropping stuff (usually much smaller!) on them and I don’t want the mechanism to jam.
